The Parker Tucson includes connectivity, access, and delivery features within its University of Arizona off-campus housing, integrating internet access and entry systems throughout the property. These systems keep daily routines organized, from logging into classes and submitting assignments to receiving packages and moving through shared spaces.
What Technology Features Are Available?
- Community-wide Wi-Fi
- Electronic key access
- Package lockers
- Free Printing
- iMac Computers
Community-Wide Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available across shared spaces and residential areas, allowing residents to connect devices from study rooms, co-working areas, lounges, and inside their apartments. The network supports streaming, coursework, video calls, and daily online use without switching between multiple systems.
Electronic Key Access
Electronic key access is used at designated building entry points and common areas. Residents use programmed credentials rather than traditional metal keys to move through the property. Access points are positioned to guide entry into specific sections of the building.
Package Lockers
Package lockers provide a designated location for deliveries within the property. Instead of being left at a front desk or outside a unit door, packages are placed inside individual locker compartments and accessed using a secure pickup system. Residents can retrieve deliveries on their own schedule, whether that’s early in the morning before class or later in the evening after a long day. This becomes especially useful during the semester when last-minute orders are common. Game day attire arriving the night before kickoff, an outfit for an upcoming event, replacement headphones, or forgotten school supplies can all be picked up without coordinating with staff or waiting during limited office hours.
